       SERVICES RENDERED UNDER PROJECT MANAGEMENT

These include:

Ø  Preparing a programme of work based on the nature of project and establishing a total time scale or duration in conjunction with client’s   requirement;

Ø  Setting up a management structure for the project, as well as identifying the roles necessary for effective project control, with clear procedures for communication to all participating parties;

Ø  Ensuring  appropriate selection of right personnel for various job roles to be played, managing them to carry out tasks efficiently and holding progress meetings as and at when due to ensure satisfactory coordination of work;

Ø  Advising the contractor on programme procedures and requirements, meeting all necessary feedback requirements, setting out reporting procedures regarding work progress, monitoring and designing   information flows on client’s approval and ensuring that programme and

            budget requirements are being achieved;

Ø  Coordinating, directing and inspecting all construction work to ensure they are carried out in accordance with specifications; ensuring that      site security, quality control procedures, and safety standards are maintained as spelt out in contract document; and

Ensuring that all materials supplied to site are effectively and accurately recorded.

INTRODUCTION TO IPQ-TECH & ASSOCIATES

IPQ-TECH & ASSOCIATES LTD was incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters ACT, 1990 with the Corporate Affairs Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria on the Ninth day of June, 2010.

We have in our management team young and experienced personnel who in their various fields and discipline have participated in several notable developments within and outside the country.

We are a multidisciplinary outfit with expertise in Construction, Consultancy on all Stages of Project Development from inception through feasibility studies, planning, control and supervision to completion. Our proficiency also lies in Project Management and all facets of Contract Administration.

Although young, with the combined dexterity of our managerial / technical team, the company has been able to handle construction of several Infrastructures, namely Roads, Drainages, Bridges, Residential and Multi-Storey Buildings, Estate Development and Management, Specialist Electrical Works and Installations, Specialist Designs and Technical Services, just to mention a few.
